These policies (“Policies”) govern your access to and use of the services, website, digital content, and tutoring or educational offerings provided by Teachertainment (“we,” “us,” “our,” “Teachertainment”). By accessing or using our website (https://www.teachertainment.com) or engaging our services, you agree to these Policies.

All fees, pricing, and payment terms are as posted or otherwise communicated to you in writing or via the website.
Payments must be made in the accepted methods (e.g. credit card, PayPal, bank transfer).
You are responsible for any transaction fees, taxes, or currency conversion charges.
Cancellation & Refunds
You may cancel ongoing services (e.g. tutoring packages) according to the cancellation notice period (e.g. 30 days) as specified in your agreement.
Refunds — If applicable, refunds will be processed according to the terms in your service agreement. For example, unused portions of prepaid packages may be refunded pro rata, minus administrative fees.
In some cases (e.g. digital content already delivered or consumed), refunds may not be available.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing (e.g. via email) to Teachertainment.
6. Content Use, Ownership & Licensing
Ownership
All original content, materials, curricula, designs, and intellectual property provided by Teachertainment remain the property of Teachertainment or our licensors.
You do not acquire ownership, except as expressly permitted in writing.
License Grant to Users
We grant you a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to access and use our content for your personal, noncommercial, educational purposes only (unless otherwise agreed).
You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, sublicense, or make derivative works of our content without prior written consent.
User-Generated Content
If you submit feedback, comments, or user-generated content (e.g. in forums, reviews), you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, adapt, or incorporate that in our services.
You represent that your submissions do not violate others’ rights.

By using Teachertainment, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described in that policy.

We do not guarantee specific educational outcomes, grades, or improvements.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Teachertainment (and its officers, employees, agents) is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from your use of or inability to use the services.
Our total liability to you for all claims under these Policies will not exceed the amount you have paid us in the past 12 months (or, if none, a set minimal amount we specify).
Some jurisdictions do not permit certain limitations; where prohibited, liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Teachertainment and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to:
Your violation of these Policies,
Your use of our services,
Your infringement of third-party rights,
Any content you submit or transmit.
10. Termination & Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access or membership (or specific services) at our discretion, without prior notice, for violation of these Policies, or for operational reasons.
On termination, your license to use our content ends immediately, and you must cease all use of the content.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g. indemnification, limitation of liability, ownership) remain in effect.
11. Modifications to Policies
We may update or revise these Policies at any time. When changes are material, we will provide notice (e.g. via email, banner on website).
Your continued use of the site or services after the changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Policies.
