Celebrate Labor Day with a fresh entertainment-themed twist using Roll the Credits!, an engaging activity packet designed for grades 3–6 that explores the hardworking people behind movies and television. Students connect the meaning of Labor Day to the entertainment industry as they discover how costume designers, cinematographers, editors, composers, sound mixers, animators, stunt performers, and many other professionals work together to bring their favorite productions to life.
Students complete a variety of activities including movie research, career matching, end-credit investigations, career exploration, critical-thinking prompts, and a “Build a Movie Crew” challenge.
